Rob and the crew at Big Bear were great to work with right from the start. The final quote looked exactly like the estimate that we got during Rob's first visit, and the work was done in a clean, professional manner all the way through our project. Once the work was done we had a couple of touch-ups that we needed, and a couple of things we wanted to have added that we didn't discuss initially. All of that follow-up work was completed within a week of asking and our new addition looks great.
